Soak some dried prunes, figs, and raisins in some water.  Add 1tsp of unsulfured molasses.  Cover with plastic wrap.  And set aside overnight. You will drink the juice from this mixture the next day.

Dinner:  Take one glass of papaya juice or apple juice.

Before bed:  Repeat the body cleansing liquids you took on rising and take a cup of spearmint or peppermint tea.

Body Work
